These recipes have been designed for individuals who have liver Glycogen Storage Disease (GSD) but are suitable for the whole family. Nutritional information (McCance & Widdowson’s Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset (CoF IDS) (2015)) is available for each recipe to help you manage your individual needs.
