- Blend all ingredients until a smooth batter is formed. Add a little water if the batter is too thick.
- Place a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and pour 1⁄4 batter into a pan. Use 1⁄8 batter if making small pancakes.
- Allow to cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake then flip using a spatula
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until desired amount are made.
